Make sure you get several medium duty metal blades. I did mu Huracan install and it was not hard . Make sure you get the u shaped trim for the metal edges in the tailgate. One of these weekends I need to get up the courage to really cut into the tailgate to do AlohaJen’s storage solution. I’ve already pulled the carpet, drawn the cutouts, and acquired the hardware. I just need to see if my 18v cordless jig saw is up to the task of actually cutting the sheet metal... it’s intimidating.
Trust me it will leak. Asked me how I know!I had my windshield replaced yesterday by GlassTek in Alameda CA based on many recommendations in this forum. I brought them an OEM gasket and they supplied a bronze tinted windshield to match the rest of my glass. When I made the appointment I mentioned that the FSM requires the glass to be installed with an adhesive but I failed to mention it again when I dropped off the truck. When I picked it up I noticed no adhesive odor and asked if they had used any to which they replied that they had not. We discussed it further and they said they've done many 80-series cruisers in recent years, never used adhesive, and had no comebacks. They also said that they guarantee their work for as long as I own the vehicle and to bring it back if I have any issues. Just thought I'd share that here to see if anyone had thoughts or advice.
Went and did another one of these. Easy peasy.

Installed some upper radiator outlet protection. Bolts right on to the upper fan shroud bolt. 3D printed from a guy on eBay, not sure if he is here on mud.

Not what I would do to a discontinued piece of factory trim that was otherwise in decent shape. Your choice.Replaced driver window regulator + motor with Dorman. Installed cupholders in my tailgate Sunday night. Went waaaaaayyy smoother than I expected.

I bought a kit form @Gun Runner 5. It was a little spendy but he did the leg work and made it a easy 20 min install, and I like supporting mud members. I think his website is odd iron off road. Those lights are great. What did you use and might want to duplicate your addition.

Did a little over-engineering on a rechargeable flashlight mount in the rear cargo area. I have it hard wired into a "switched to accessory on" circuit on my Wit's End QPM. Easy access and rock solid mounting via the reallocated D-pillar seat belt mount. Ergonomic bliss! I feel lighter already.

I may copy this. And a matching one on the other side for my axe.AAAaaaaannnnndddd......here come the projectile in a crash folks to berate you for doing this...... Make sure to add a safety strap with a pin that you must pull to release it with a giant red flag on it that says "Pull for emergency aircraft" or something like that.
I like it, I'm just too lazy to make one.
I have so much crap floating around in the back of my truck it's ALL projectiles.
