Mine always has!

I'm sure one day it won't, but so far so good, 19 years and 199,000 miles and counting...

That sequoia is almost new at 114,000 miles- and it's only 14! What the heck! It ain't even broke in yet!

Kumho 315's to replace the tired, old and "hard like concrete" Toyo Open Country set. The Kumho's are very soft making for a nice ride but I don't expect they'll last long.. I was also surprised in how much smaller they are compared to the Toyo's. :hhmm:

Youll be suprised how long those kuhmos last. Ive had mine since 2011 and have put a lot of miles and a lot of trail abuse on them.

That's one big lift you got there. Kumho's look good. Looks like your missing your front driveshaft. Vibes?

Had to do some trail testing!

That would be nice. I go over and back a mountain pass with a lot of twists and turns everyday and it really kills tires fast. So far they are almost the same soft ride as the 315 Yokohama studless winter set I just took off......nice ride. After 6 years the Toyos were like bricks..but still had good tread though.

Na, it's just the camera angle. Lift is about 6 inches and everything is where it should be...(greased both prop shafts yesterday) and rides very nicely.

I replaced all my sway bar bushings and went camping/skiing/snowboarding.

With polyurethane.

Mostly because that just seems to piss some people off.

:meh:

New hood struts from cruiser yard. Great parts, good prices, quick shipping. Can't beat that. Also replaced the seals in the sunroof, hopefully that takes care of the leaks, and built a battery tie-down as my truck didn't have one when I bought it.

Cool! How do those sound? Doesn't appear to be plug-and-play; what was involved in installing them? EM

Install is under 15 minutes. Just need to run a ground wire, and split power into 2 wires and put an female end on them.

They sound great. Piercingly loud.

In Prep for LSLC Round Up in Mason Tx this last weekend, I finally finished my step slider build, then took em for a ride.

My wee little truck on 33s with no real lift to speak of got quite a workout following a FJ Cruiser with solid axle conversion on 40s. Pretty much rode every piece of armor I had and came out smelling like (dirty) roses.

GREAT WEEKEND!!!

A lot of good that 32" spare is going to do him, lol! Looks like some gnarly terrain, great pics!

The park we were at - Katemcy Rocks - is a blast. It looks like Africa out there, with plains that just have huge rocks jutting out all over the place, and you can either follow trails or just go to the playground and run over huge rocks. These trails were considered 2's and 3's.
