Time to replace it.

Cheers

New visors. Went with some from an early 2000's Lincoln Continental from my local wreckers. Had to drill a few holes to make it work - but for $20 an an hours work it's nice to have functioning visors again. Bonus points for a perfect color match and the double visor function!

I am thinking about upgrading the Master Cylinder and Brake Booster on my 91FJ80. Anyone here have experience in that department? Looks like I might be able to swap in the booster and master from a T100?

That's too funny! After rowing for 10yrs through school, I've never used one of the water ones. Just bought a concept off of craigslist for myself as well. The forecast calls for pain! Enjoy!!

Yeah, most of the schools use the Concept. The Concept was on my Amazon list while I was searching for a used water one with this wood. Two years of searching later, found it and saved over a grand new. Easy storage and looks great. Some smaller personal style gyms will carry them, you should try one.

Finally installed Fort Knox safe that has been on my wish list for a looong time...

New seat covers and foam installed. Wow, what a difference! Way too expensive but very nice repair.

It's cool to see there are other rowers here! I have been rowing for just over 2 years and absolutely love it. I rowed in rodneys and dories as a kid in Newfoundland but that's not even close to sculling. Best exercise going IMOP for an aging person, full body and very low impact.

Awesome! Where did you get the seat covers? Did a local shop do the install?
Spector Off Road make reman bottom covers for the early cloth 80's. Made from second and third row covers with new vinyl. They are well made but very expensive. They look great and sit very nice with the new foam inserts. $420 per side. OUCH!

Yeah, ouch! Seems in most cases, though, the drivers side is all that needs it. Amazing how the cloth holds up. Been thinking of replacing my drivers side foam
