Here are two videos that come across as totally unimpressive. But, I'm telling ya, these sections were steep and tight!

Oh well... I'll share anyway.

Wifey spotting me was pretty good.

My son's commentary was pretty good.

Camped near Grand lake. Saw some waterfalls, then went off-roading WSW of Granby. Had a hail storm, thankful for monstaliner.

Replaced my exhaust islolator/mount thingies. The bailing wire held for about 2 years :hillbilly:

Drove 200 miles to look at and buy something to share dd and road trip duties with the 80. Dropped it at the other house while it gets registered, insured, etc... and drove 200 miles back. Might not be as much fun to drive but should make those long trips a little more civilized.

Amazon stuck it to me. First the bearing was delayed in shipping and no longer scheduled to arrive on Sunday. Annoying, but no big deal as this is a spare pump. Then on Tuesday the order was canceled. I'll drop by the good parts store today and pick one up and put everything together this weekend.
So finally gothe right one but now after putting everything back together, my steering wheel just spins and spins and spins ( & in both directions!!!). Don't know what to do or how to fix it. Any ideas?? Anyone??

Lol, that sucks but it is kind of funny. Sounds like something that would happen to me. You were just rebuilding the power steering pump right? Did you do anything else to the steering, ie the gear box, steering shaft, or steering linkages? Hopefully we can get it figured out.

Out here breaking stuff on my freightliner, dipping into the 80 series mod budget!

But you gotta spend money to make money I keep being told. Bambi got one good hit, but the Freightliner won!

At least I got to see Canada and make a few buks before Bambi broke the bumper!

I've installed SPC lower control arms from Slee & rebushed the upper control arms with Whiteline bushings.

I also was able to get the DELTA rear panhard bracket on.

With doing all to the rear-end changes via new control arm bushing & bracket, the way the rig turns is a huge difference. The best way to describe it is it turns flatter... meaning the rear does not raise up while in a breaking turn. It stays flat & follows the front. No more turning on top of a ball type feeling. I'm sure @nukegoat has a more proper word terminology to describe that.

@GW Nugget
Looks good!
Are those SLEE rear springs? Any clearance issues with the Delta bracket?

Coils are Int. Slinky
Shocks are OME Ls
The Delta bracket is very very close to the coil, but I believe Slinkies have a little bit wider OD.
I had to washer shim the top bolt back to prevent the threads from hitting the coils.
A better fix is to flip the bolt next time.
