Here you go, this pic is after I installed an Alpine, the cubby below is an OEM out of almost any 80/90's Toyota. Sourced from a local scrap yard for about $20.

Thanks! Yeah I know a cubby will bolt in there and I probably have the one out of my 4Runner still laying around somewhere. I'm just trying to think of something more useful or cooler to put there. I never really used the cubby in the 4Runner because stuff would just fall out of it so I ended up putting a CB there.

I here you, it usually just holds my wallet or phone. I've also though it would be a great place for a CB, others have done it.

Pulled out of the garage.

Finally got some respectable threads on the Yota. I went from the Cooper H/T 275/70r16s (yes, highway tread) to a set of BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2s in a 305/70r16. Huge improvement in looks. I'm going to go test them off-road tomorrow in the Ozark National Forest with the family. Lift, sliders, and rear bumper are next on the agenda.

I was finally able to install the 4X4Labs rear bumper with dual swing out on my 80. I love the way it turned out and it helped to settle my rear lift down about an 1", so Hub to Fender is now 24" in the rear.

The dual swing out is tire and 3-gas can holder. Bonus, I can fit the Yeti Tundra 45 in with ease!!!

Here is my 80 with WKOR sliders and Labs rear bumper next to my 100 LX with BIOR high-clearance rear bumper and sliders.

I'm still blown away at the amount of lift you have on those 2" lift Tapered Dobinson coils...

Last minute maintenance before heading to baja next week.

Replaced window regulator and motor. Put track back on the bottom of the window that pulled off during an ice storm somewhere between Portland and St. Louis. Took off front window tint from PO. Going to go ahead and replace the other regulators. The slop being gone in the mechanism and cleaning the hidden edge of the windows with the window out made a big difference in operation.
