Trans cooler hose rupture?Well the transmission has finally given up the ghosts after 14,000 miles I think. Drove her all day with no problem besides the one described a few months ago which turned out to be the torque converter. Mustang was stuck at a fishing hole and I decided to gently pull it (didn’t go over 2500 rpms. Let the 80 sit running for a minute and come back to an at temp light. Let it sit for 30 minutes and light came back on, pull over on base and fluid is pouring from underneath. Going to see if I can limp her to the parking lot about 2 miles away once it cools again, let’s hope I can make it. Pics from today

I came across a Meme showing that starter location with a caption about why mechanics hate engineers. I never imagined that was a Toyota design. Unreal.Used ole Grandpa Cruiser to go get parts for my son's first vehicle, a 2001 Cruiser. The starter decided to act up so ....disassembly time. The dang thing is under the intake! Threw my fit for a day or so then pulled up my sleeves and had a good father/son time working on his truck and getting it done. And bonus....it actually fired up and ran real nice when we were done! Woohoo! Oh..and he named it Jalepeno.View attachment 1795565 View attachment 1795566
