I am no engineer; but, if I was, I would say that was a structural piece that you ground down.....

Time will tell. send it.

Went to Georgia (in the Caucasus), driven about 10k miles in one month through Hungary, Rumania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia, Russia, and Ukraine. The highlight was Caucasus mountains in Georgia near the Chechen border. The treks to Shatili and Omalo are amazing, the highest mountain pass in Europe (Abano pass) which is in about 2850 meters is really breathtaking. Prior to the journey, I have finally installed the 4.88 gears and lockers sent by ZUK and redid the power steering pump and gear box (which was rebuilt by Texas Offroad).

That is one of the best roads in the world to drive a cruiser.

How do you like that Wits End bearing tool?

I worked great for the 90 seconds per side that I used it. It matted perfectly with the harbor freight bearing and seal set that I bought
Item #63261 <- HF number.

If you do the job knuckle rebuild be sure to pick up some double ended studs 10mm x 1.25 from NAPA. You'll need this pn NOE 6003140, as they can't look up anything without knowing what car it goes into.

I just put the truck on stands and went through the full range of steering. I used a sharpie to mark each arm where I needed to grind. Then I pulled off one arm at a time a used an angle grinder with a diablo grinding disk. It an hour per side including time for the spray paint to dry.

I actually picked up the knuckle stud kit from @NLXTACY at Absolute Wits End.

I have one if you want to borrow it.

When I finally get off my arse, or it cools down I will be doing the knuckle rebuild. I will call you.

Posted in my build thread but thought this may give some people ideas for running a Switch-Pros unit.

Made up my own wiring loom for my Baja Designs lights using Switch-Pros as my switch/relay unit and using some Blue Seas terminal blocks. All wires done in braided sleeves.

Made a panel to mount my Switch Pros switch-panel in the side cubby on the center console cooler.(note only switch 1,2,5,6 are actually in use currently, but this is what I intend to go with for my lighting setup... couldn't stand blank switches). I may revisit this with a 3d printed panel that sits inside the cubby in a future revision.

Trail Riding in Ozark National Forest. Really enjoy finding old cemeteries. Ran into an issue hitting some puddles to hard, LX ran really rough coming out of one . Not sure what was going on. Let tgt truck sit a bit and it fired right up
