When your birfs start to go, you'll get constant clicking any time your vehicle is in motion and you turn your wheel all the way.

mine has been part time 4x4 for a few years now, I have heard it twice that I recall, turning hard in 4x4

I also have a set of Marlin Crawler seals that I bought some years ago, some say there ok for part time 4x4, the rebuild kit I have also came with standard seals. Is it possible to install both, the standard seal pressed in just far enough to allow the Marlin Crawler seal to be installed as well?

Mine clicked for quite a while before I replaced them but only when I turned very sharply. Clicking doesn't mean that they will imminently fail. It just means they are wearing out. I replaced mine when I regeared and added lockers.

This is last month, but we drove from AZ to Banff, Canada and back over a 4 day weekend. We also cut the roof of our truck off and glued on a Campteq. It was the best dumb thing we've ever done.
Since we've had it home we've been sewing in new mosquito netting, putting in new mattress pads, sewed on a rear rain flap (It leaked back there we knew from what the seller and landcruiserphil has mentioned). We sanded and stained all of the wood interior and modified it for our truck, Lizard skinned the interior, seam sealed etc. Too many things to remember. Still have a lot left to do.

Got tired of looking at the pitted and marred stock wheels so hid the blemishes with Plastidip. Made some more progress on my dual battery set up too

Now to figure out how to fix that factory back window tint. Everything I've read trying to remove the mirror finish sounds like it screws up the glass.

changed my oil getting ready for a weekend trip. While underneath, found that i forgot to put back the tie-rod clamp bolt from a previous week suspension install. Oopps..

figured out why my rear passenger window did not work.........it was un plugged


figured out why it was unplugged...............


adjusted frame on glass...fixed

80 liter Dometic freezer is doing great. I’ve had it set at 32 degrees since October. Running off two RENOGY 150’s and a 2150 Odyssey battery. Nonstop.

Turning heat into cold with only solar. Pretty cool.

Turning photons of light into cool to keep my Coca Cola cold.

Actually, Just to be technically correct... You are turning photons of light into cool, not heat . Solar PV (photo-voltaic), not solar thermal (like if you had a solar hot water heater).

Regardless, your PV install looks great and the panels look well protected inset into the rack. Nice job.

No great photos, but it's painted and looks better now. Here is one without the tank. It slides in from the side, the top of the tank housing is directly against the tubing of the can holder.
Excuse the booger welds.
