This really has me reconsidering my choice to keep my stock bumpers. Probably my favorite cruiser at the moment.View attachment 4079055
First trip of the year out to local Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Love the golden glow as sunset approaches.
Thank you! This really has me reconsidering my choice to keep my stock bumpers. Probably my favorite cruiser at the moment.
Thanks, that’s one of the threads I was reading the other day. Would prefer to stay OEM, but future comfort concerns on long highway days may win out, and these seem “close enough.”Basic, they use the stock sliders so forward and back with recline. There's no lumbar adjustment but as they are it feels good.
They're a vinyl. Found them from past posts on here lots are happy with them

I'm looking to swap in a powered seat into my 60 series. Power or manual lumbar support seats that are heated.
I'm looking for a seat that will be great for 8 to 12 hours of driving.
Your comments and photos if possible :
Thanks

Jimminy crickets on a popsicle stick you weren’t kidding about “pricey”.Thank you! I love the gull wing windows. Theyre made by Emuwing. They’re pricey but makes accessing gear in the back a breeze without having to mess with the rear bumper swing outs. Comes in super handy. They were already installed from the previous owner. Heres a link I was able to find.

Yeah, that was quite the window sticker shock, literally.Jimminy crickets on a popsicle stick you weren’t kidding about “pricey”.
I’ll keep an eye out.
Thanks for the info.
Now I'll probably try and make one that will end up costing twice the price and eat up days of my time.Yeah, that was quite the window sticker shock, literally.
This is the way.Now I'll probably try and make one that will end up costing twice the price and eat up days of my time.
Dirt Lifestyle on YouTube did one on his Disco a few years ago. Took him lots of trial and error to get it right. The glass is just slightly curved, and he had to replicate that to make it fit correctly. Not sure how "curved" ours would be, if at all.Now I'll probably try and make one that will end up costing twice the price and eat up days of my time.
I see a pooch... greatest company ever..!!
Do you need adhesive to install the seals?I bought the full set from Trail Tailor. 60 Series Replacement Door Seals - https://trail-tailor.com/store/p30/60_Series_Replacement_Door_Seals.html
They made a noticeable difference with wind noise on my 60 series.
I can’t find those seats on Amazon for a 60. Is there a specific number? What are the adjustments on those seats...forward and back and recline? Any lumbar? This looks pretty close to OEM dimensions, some aftermarket seats are bulky and look way out of place. Looks like a nice option. What is the material they are covered in?
No not needed. They just press on the pinch welds of the door jams if I remember correctly. Took me about 30 minutes to install the full set.Do you need adhesive to install the seals?
