Good customer service story. My Yeti has basically been in the back of my truck constantly iced down for several months in this heat. I took it in the house to clean it out on Tuesday night and when I woke up yesterday, the lid had warped so bad it wasn't sealing anymore.
I called Yeti yesterday morning and the girl on the phone told me they had a bad run of tan coolers recently (not sure if this is true) and that she would overnight me a new one in a different color, but then I would have to ship my old one back to them. So, she asked me where I bought it and I told her Cabelas. She said they would honor their warranty in store, if I just wanted to go over there. My office is 3 minutes from there, so I run over on my lunch break yesterday and they just told me to go grab another one off the shelf, no questions asked.
The wife and I have lots of Yeti products and never had an issue until now, I was very pleasantly surprised with their customer service. Don't get that much any more.

The PO had him do the work on my 40... I didn't care for some of the welds on the shackle reversal, and had concerns about the rear driveshaft length, but it seems pretty clean otherwise...
I appreciate the warning! That phallic picture is pretty dang funny. Gotta admit, my wife wouldn't know what to make of it if she saw me carrying that maiden reamer to Black Balsam... I say this because someone had to carry it to that event!

MUD continues to provide all of the entertainment anyone could ask for. After reading the thread I too had to google Har Mar Superstar. Despite his stage presence I sorta like his new album. Even if you don't like the music he's still not as repulsive of an individual as G.G. Allin was.

Passed @pondjumpr and family in his 40 yesterday on my way up to Asheville. Looked like you guys were having fun! Then had a great time at the Sturgill Simpson concert, didn't get back to our hotel room until about 0200 this morning, slept until 0500 then woke up and took a shower and drove 2 hours to work. I have a feeling I'll be going to bed early tonight.
What do you need? I can look through my stash, but Marshall may have some stuff at the shop as well.
