You might be able to weld a nut to it. The heat from welding would help to loosen it up.

Just reserved a space at paris mountain for the annual. Who else is going? Looked like they had a good bit of vacancies but I would not wait too long. As soon as it starts cooling off they will start filling up.

What he said Daniel, I had one that size in the engine block, soaked it for a week in pb blaster and then torched it red hot. Turned a little, heated it more and then sprayed more pb on it...let is soak for a while and then torched it, turned some more, repeated the process till it came out. Ask Marshall about the plaining, I think he's had it done before.

Had a friend weld a nut to the broken stud and it came out. He also welded up my PCV/EGR tube and deleted the air pipe from my exhaust pipe.

I should probably put this in a build thread and not UC chat, huh?
