I talked with the owner of our local brewery (Swamp Rabbit) last night. He said he'd be happy to have us there for a MM. Beer is great and they have nightly food trucks. Also, I got to him to sport a sticker on the wall:grinpimp:

Sweet ! Yeah maybe at balsam we can start nailing some things down idea wise. At least get an idea of what we would like to do.

I'm happy with my forged steel pintle hitch, although I have thought about painting it safety yellow to wake up tailgaters.

I actually found it through a j**p email. Might not be helpful that the GC has no frame.

Bwaha what a POS

Totaled by a focus at 8mph....
Details left off were grand was traveling in reverse at 20 maybe ???

With a trailer in-tow

My little sister had one. Biggest POS I've ever seen or worked on. It's almost as if they were purposely designed to fail as soon as possible in every way imaginable.

Intentional failure/obsolescence=more repeat car buyers

Crazy thing is, as bad as the J**P products are (and Chrysler in general) they have a ton of repeat business. Doesn't make sense.

Posted this in Chit Chat, but thought it was cool enough to post here. I found an iOS navigation app called Spyglass that has some really cool features.

They overlay a compass on top of camera view or map view depending on how you use it. It has destination search functions, back tracking, range finder, can calibrate off the sun's or nightsky's position.

^^Looks like his j**p broke down and he had to hike out to the road to get help... :p

Yeah but the wagoneers with a 360 v8 and quadratrac were the bomb.

Jeep fell off with the introduction of the wrangler and cherokee. Became suburban mom and pop vehicles instead of outdoorsman vehicles.

Agreed. I had a CJ-5 that was okay, but I don't miss it at all. My wife and I are lockstep with respect to Chrysler - neither of us would entertain the idea of owning another one.
