if anyone understand what you've been through Gabe it is Chuck. He holds the record for longest no running member in the club. I've never seen so much work go into a 40 that hasn't moved in a decade

I bet his tires are flat as we speak.
Nope tires are full of air....if I have a min this weekend I may try and put that carb on....I'm in the process of hunting down an oil leak in the 60 so hopefully I can get that fixed this weekend too.
Got bumped into a management job, so more hours, working on the Nova, raising the kids, and trying to keep from sleeping in the doghouse.
All excuses, I know, but at least I wasn't stuck in a damn hole somewhere with Chuck, JP and Dohc, right?
Anyone have a referral to a good freight brokerage company that offers residential delivery?
I have used Estes freight before, I know they charged me a helluva surcharge. With the fuel and what not they might not offer it anymore, so it may or may not be an option... Good luck!!

I'd go with Estes.
if it was an faded red 40 with a pto winch and kaki paki top it was me.
seems this past week everyone with an FJ cruiser is waving at me in the 40. Usually i just see soccer moms in the fj's.

i told my wife you were a UC member but she didn't believe me because she didn't see a sticker.
I told her you had a 40 to....she said i believe you now...if i had the option i'd take the fj too...it looks more comfortable
who owns the 60/62 that i saw at verdea marketplace today parked outside of office depot? Was faded red with ih8mud sticker and old style uc sticker as well...

I got some more done on my garage. I'm having to cut the 9' beams down to 6.5' beams. Tried all kinds of ways to cut them. Plasma, sawzaw and the band saw. I finally stuck with the band saw. It made a really nice clean straight line. It was slower than the plasma but I could just set it and walk away and do something else. Also went by and visited Gabe and got some more containers.

New Years - fight off the urge to sell the 62 and buy a 40. If i'm able to do that, wheel, camp, and fish more.
