I can't make this s*** up. This past Friday I found a stray starving German Shepherd in my front yard eating my dogs craps. I gave him some food and water and the dog kept throwing it up because he hadn't eaten in forever. My neighborhood subdivision is the biggest in the city. Posted it on my neighborhood Facebook page and a neighbor came and got him and took him to the animal hospital. Turns out the dog has a chip. So they track down the owner and it's my neighbor two houses down. Which is really screwed up. This is when it really takes a turn because the guy is a cop. Not only that but they believe it's a former k-9. As horrible as that is this guy is a Sargent and until last year was on the k-9 division. So now internal affairs and my local police department is involved. WTF is wrong with people. So far his excuse has been the dog went missing 2 weeks ago. It take way longer than two weeks for a dog to look like that. He never once put an ad in the paper or at least a sign around the neighborhood. Had he the 600 residents would have been out with flashlights until he was found. Very sad. Our dogs are always considered our children. I don't know how anyone could do this. Especially a cop. To a former police dog.
Look at this. The dog couldn't even keep the dog food down. He kept throwing it back up and eating it again.
