Aaron, you were asking about where the belts in my truck attach? Here is a good pic fomr another guy's thread:

maybe some minor adjustments to the apron/hood/bib geometry ?

I know you are not serious right now :bang:
The hood is fxxxed up as described in the thread. The bib and fenders are perfectly straight. I tried to cheat it but it just wouldn't work. It is bothering me enough that I was going to strip the hood and try to get it right. I discovered yesterday that the holes on the hood on the passenger side are drilled a bit crooked - from the factory btw and the cross member may also be a bit crooked. That, with the damaged front corner just doesn't allow for enough available adjustment. The easiest thing to do is to get another hood or say screw it.
Since I have some doors to paint, I may try to find another split hood for paint at the same time.

Hey Aaron, so much for no one saying anything huh.

loosen the battery tray and try again - Kevin said my panel alignment fell into perfect place when they disconnected the tray from the body panel - your experience may vary

The - hood - is - not - straight.
It was damaged more than I realized.

I understand - but other parameters go into the panel alignment at the corner as well, is all I am saying ;) - i.e. you might be able to creatively fudge :hillbilly:

Seat pics look different than I was thinking.. *uck truck looks good.. Like I said my junk is far from perfect you have seen it a bunch and it was dirty.. And used.. The small things seem bigger now than they are..

Good talking to you tonight. Sorry to cut it short.. Keep up the work

That is the original set up we talked about. I kinda like it but having the Tuffy in there is "more betterer" for me ;)
If you run across a nice split hood in Farmington when you are out there let me know

There are some there.. I know of at least a few...

Tuffy is a must.. If not for tunes alone

that bench looks way too nice to hack it up - just my humble opinion

if you need to lock something in the truck, why not do that elsewhere in the rear ?

:flipoff2:Paying attention to detail (paint color) goes a long way!! The pic of the seat was from someone else's build.

That isn't mine. As noted in the post. I posted the pic to assist an off-line converstation. You will note (if you read the thread) I have aftermarket seats and a Tuffy
