Right behind the front seats on the floor with big sheets of velcro. I need to sand them, hit them with some bondo and then shoot them with bedliner.

Are your boxes ported or sealed? If the bass response seems too muted just drill a biggish hole in one side as a port, to give the woofer some freedom to bounce...

It's always kind of random which speakers sound better with sealed enclosures vs. ported. I'm glad they worked out for you.

They are super - I think I still owe TuT price
The boxes are from scrap and the bedliner and speaker wire was all left over stuff.

The shifter hits the Tuffy. I knew that would happen. Gotta heat it up and bend it up a couple inches like Poser did in his H55 thread.

It's super easy. I did it with a propane torch on the Mustard in ten minutes, for the same reason. I jammed something in front of the rod for leverage, to bend around, I think I used a folded up towel and a 6" diameter log.
