Maybe you should give that "sportsmanship" speach to your washed up coach. I don't think he has a problem running the score up on teams and keeping his QB in for 60 minutes throwing bombs. Matter of fact he brags about it. When questioned he says, "I thought it was their job to stop us." or "Last I checked a football game was 60 minutes, right?"

most part. At least what I saw, as I was otherwise entertained.
USC looks to be a tough out this year.

Shaw needed a tough grind it out SEC road game to add some experience to his resume.

He was picked off in the inzone and again on the goal line IIRC so this could have easily been a much easier SC win even with a lattimore that only put up 39 yds.

Look for Ellington and Wilds in the backfield.

I believe we can look back a couple pages and see where I predicted Lattimore would be broken from overuse, this is even faster than I thought though. Its a shame he won't be there in Nov. now all the Cocks will use that as an excuse, "well if Lattimore hadn't gotten hurt, blah blah blah".

Also I'm having trouble reading this NCAA College Football BCS Standings Week 8 - ESPN can somebody help me out. I was told that a 1 loss SEC team would be ahead of an undefeated ACC team but I can't find it anywhere on here. Clearly I must not be reading it right can somebody help me?

It was a freak hit from a MSU player tripping over another MSU player and caught his leg wrong. Lattimore was blocking for the runner.

It had nothing to do with over using him.

Everytime the ball is snapped you risk getting hit in a way where you can't protect yourself.

The player that hit lattimore was not even going for lattimore.


And i was the one who said a 1 loss SEC champion would be picked over any undefeated ACC school for the NC.

Will be OK or WI going against the SEC winner for the BCS NC this season.

It wasn't a dirty hit, it wasn't an injury caused by too much playing time, it wasn't even an intentional hit.


It was just a football injury, simple as that, a work related accident. Sucks that it happend to the most talented guy on the offensive side of the roster.


Maybe we can get ingram back there for some snaps!!!
