Now my roof removal is a one person job. :hillbilly:

Rick, as I recall you are using the City Racer 16” on 32” tires Under a 2 1/2 lift w/Bilst shocks?
Chung - I had a set of 5 OEM 15" rims modified running the 32x11.50 with OME shocks. Probably will upgrade the shocks to the Bilstein's someday.

Where did you acquire the spacer to mount carb, spacer for stock air cleaner? Did you modify your original pedal? Thanks for the info!
T - Mosley Motors, contact @FJ60Cam for help with a Holley Sniper 2300 kit. Yes, the spacers are for using the stock intake manifold and air cleaner.

Rick is

I always have to wipe the drool off my computer when I see your 40. Is there a post in this thread about the lift system for your hardtop?
See post #2100.....Homemade system with unistrut and a 120V winch.

Shake-down drive into work this morning....nice and quiet drive compared to the top being off. :hillbilly:

Note: This process was all done by me, alone, and took maybe 3 hours in total. The most time consuming part was finding the hard top bolts & bracket box, weather stripping and miscellaneous items.

It's also fuel injected, so purest be danged.....:flipoff2:

After all my messing around with the door mirror arms and mirrors, I think the most solid connections are the ones as seen above. Also, being the doors have limiters, no worries about them bashing each other.

I would GLADLY pay for a list of materials and directions for your lift system. How tall are the ceilings in that space?
My ceiling is 10' and with the top hoisted to within 2" of the ceiling, the unmodified side post were about 6'-4" (+/-) off the floor. I thought about cutting a few inches off them, but since I'm only 6', no need to modify.

I'll work on putting together a diagram with list of materials that I used.

"YMMV" - Before starting your project, verify your roof truss or ceiling joist for weight limits.

( 16 ) - Square U-Bolts - 40mm x 120mm < click here > [verify U-bolt size with truss's bottom chord]

I'll follow up with some photos and comments.
