"All determinations pertaining to the 'Vehicle Inspection' shall be at the sole judgement of the event committee, and/or its designates, responsible for such inspections. If a vehicle fails to pass an inspection, correction of any deficiencies may be attempted and the vehicle reinspected ... provided such correction and reinspection can be conducted without impact to event schedules."
Apparently it is subjective...

You can pick up a $10 extinguisher from WalMart and be good. If you don't already have one I suggest you get one to have all the time. It is a very good thing to have in your vehicle.
anyone know how much they charge to use the barracks? I don't have camping equipment.
