They only sent me the one. That one in your photo appears to be the one I need.
you might also want to also check to see if they sent you the 360 OEM camera box/adapter. Is the unit from Pheonix Auto? Usually, they are good about sending those right out. If not, we can see if the one I have will fit your unit though you might still need the OEM 360 adapter.

I don't have 360 camera on the 2013, so maybe not an issue?

Good deal! less to mess with. Yeah I would see if the vendor will ship you the correct one if not maybe the one I have will work or can be reconfigured. Which head unit did you get?

I'm not sure how applicable this is to others, but I quickly added wireless car play to my older Naviplus setup with a different CarKit dongle. The original one just did wired CarPlay, but the new one does both wired and wireless.

It was a cheap and easy add on:

They keep insisting they sent the right one. I will happily buy yours to not have to keep fighting them. My unit is the 17” with the buttons on top.

Same unit should be a snap, it’s yours for the low price of shipping 😉 if you DM me contact info I should be able to send it this weekend.

Thanks for the harness. I managed to get it installed, but I have zero sound. They sent me a photo that indicates there is a connector that runs to the AMP, but I can't figure out where the AMP is and if its under a seat I don't think it will reach. Anyone have ideas?

The amp is most probably under the driver seat in a US model. 'Passenger seat' in a RHD vehicle. It actually isn't so far from the dash in feet, but it isn't clear how much length is in the harness from the photo.

I suggest protecting the steering wheel when removing the seat. Tape or bag it. Seat is backward, loosen two bolts. up and all the way forward loosen two bolts. Steering wheel up and forward to limits. Undo harnesses and airbag connectors under seat.

Then lift and spin it out.

you may be able to get the clearance you need for connectors on radio by undoing the bolts and connectors and tipping the seat rearward.

It seems totally plausible that 'amp' connector reconnects to another connector already up behind the dash, an 'output' from the previous HU. The previous HU would already be connected to the AMP.

you shouldn't need to get to the amp directly unless you are bypassing or replacing it, before you get too far down that rabbit hole there are a couple of simple things you should check.

1. Adjust your line current vol to your amp: go to home screen then select console at top menu bar turn on amp power (if not already) and turn up the "Cur Vol" to see if that makes a difference. see video

2. Slee had some posts (in this thread I believe) with the same issue after trying to adjust settings etc. They found that one or more of the pins were misaligned on the male harness plug. After bending them back everything worked. You could ask them which plug it was to narrow it down (the one they were installing it in was the same body style as yours)
Just an update on this. We got this working with the JBL system. We had a plug that goes to the vehicle harness that plugged into the cd changer with a bent pin and it did not make contact. We did not have to do the part of setting the volume high before removing the old unit.

3. I would tape or cover up any unused RCAs, on rare occasions they can ground out on the metal in the dash and cause a short in the audio signal.

I've done everything and tried every thing and checked everything. Also noticed the hard temp controls buttons below the vents don't do anything either. The screen controls the HVAc just fine. Other than that everything seems to work. Just tried reinstalling the stock unit and the screen doesn't come on, so I guess I'm ****ed.

I know troubleshooting can be frustrating at times and you probably won’t believe me when I say the issues you are having have relatively simple solutions, it’s just a matter of finding the issue. If your oem radio doesn’t work it sounds like a fuse. The stereo nav system has about 4 or 5 different ones running different components. They will range from 5 to 20 amp. Who knows it might fix the sound issue in the new unit too. The oem temp controls should work below the vents it could be a setting in a menu (part of software) or a bad resistor in the wire assembly. I would recommend to try and schedule a video tech support with Phoenix, if they cancel or something just keep rescheduling (I had to a couple of times). Also after looking at your build thread you do have the OEM 360 camera system on your rig (1 in grill, 1 in each side mirror, and 1 in tailgate) so when you talk to them I would have them send you that part and anything else you might need. Also the code to my advanced options in settings was 1680 yours is probably the same.

I had an issue were I blew the TV fuse in the passenger kick panel and had no sound. Thought I was screwed

When I hooked the factory setup back up I had sound but no screen. I reinstalled the new unit triple checked everything and set the audio on the factory unit before I did. No change, still no audio. I took it back to stock for the 3rd time and the screen is working now. I'm not going to mess with it again until I receive the correct parts from them. Maybe its the harness or maybe I'm still missing something. With Cruise Moab coming up I'm nervous about messing it up, so not sure on my timeline to try again.

I appreciate all the help and support. Will continue to update on progress either way.

Has anyone successfully gotten one of these Tesla style units working in a 2019+ LC (I have a 2020)? There are a few things I'd like to understand before changing what I currently have...

- How, exactly, do the HVAC controls work on the units for 2019+? The units I have seen that claim compatibility with the newer LC's seem to have a manual dial for blower speed and temperature, so it's not entirely obvious how you adjust the temp for different zones (especially driver and front passenger).
- What about access to factory setup options, such as changing how the door lock features work? There are a bunch of settings like this that are available through the factory infotainment unit and I'm not sure I would want to give up access to those.
- Other than SiriusXM satellite radio, what else do you give up with these?
- Do these units use the factory microphone, GPS antenna, radio antenna (it looks like many of these have radio functions built in), and so on?

The nice thing about the EC Offroad unit I'm currently using is that it doesn't completely replace the factory infotainment system - you can switch back and forth between factory infotainment and the Android unit. But there are a number of downsides too, including being stuck with the low resolution of the factory screen.

That's actually one of the options I've been looking at. After using 2 different (non-Tesla style) modules from EC Offroad (the newer version is working pretty well overall), I'm not really interested in being the first one to try one of these Tesla style options in a 2020. I'm hoping that someone has some first hand experience and will share with us. For now, I'm just seeking out some owner reviews and ideally details on how the installation went (more on how easily the harness hooks up as the physical installation should be pretty simple) as I'm not in a huge rush to switch (I've only driven about 2000 miles since I bought the LC in June...).

I've seen the guys in Dubia doing it they are on the Facebook Land Cruise forum.

No it's some other Land Cruiser Group

Anyways it was these guys

And they have a Youtube

This unit is sold at the dealer in UAE. This pic is from September 2020. Price works out to about $1900 US. I can buy this and send to anyone if they'd like. My only beef is that I don't believe it works with Apple carplay, however, it does do screen mirroring.
