I run a ARB with solid spacer in mine . so far so good .
 
If someone actually wants a Diamond Axle it might be best to buy from someone who has one?

Depending on how much you plan to beat on it and the width that you need you could build a 9.5” front axle starting with an early 80 semi float housing. You can flip and orient it to work for driver or passenger side drop. You will need to source knuckle balls. I have about 5k on mine and have not had any problems. I am running an Eaton Elocker with 4.88 gears. I don’t consider myself a hardcore wheeler though, so take it for what it is worth to you.

RuffStuff has new knuckle balls also.
