Is this because of the need for a compressor for the ARB air lockers or you think the Harrops are better / require less to engage?
The need for a compressor.

I run Harrops on my 60. I like them. They don’t smack engage like an ARB but they work great.

The wiring they provide is overly cumbersome but overall I like them.

The diesels have room under the hood but these gassers don’t.

I could have relocated the charcoal canister and some other stuff on the driver fender but that stuff does not like to be relocated

I pulled it into low range and flexed it out and made sure my remotes were safe.

The rear runs a bit on the inner frame. I think 1.5” spacers would fix that. Also driver rear is hitting the exhaust when flexed fully rearward.

Fixed some small things here and there. Bled brakes. Added new Sun visors I got from City Racer, added a cup holder and about that time the owner pulled up and left his Saudi 80 and took the 75.

He is planning on taking it on a trip Nov 4th and we have a few more goodies to add to this one. Stay tuned.

Very cool.

I work in the GCC and currently looking at sending something back to the States.

Do you need the dual ARB or would the single one work for front and rear lockers? I have the single one and it's pretty small. Guessing it would fit under the hood but I never tried to mount it. Of course the dual is very nice if you're airing up tires.

Single works great for just the lockers.

There is an even smaller one than the single for lockers only that ARB makes - part number is LCKSA12. Fits most tight spaces but not good for airing up tires

i hear some folks complain that it takes 1/4 rotation to engage and OOOOOHHHHH MYYYYYYYY thats just unacceptable, fickle wankers.

these harrops work awesome and are the obvious choice for simple reliable on demand locking axles, i LOOOOOOVE mine and dont even notice when they go on and off, they just work.

I’ve been armoring up the owners other Saudi truck while the Wizard made up these Trail Gear generic sliders. Drivers side is easy. Passenger side not so much. I’ll share the solutions we had when they get back from powder

Also this whopper T100 master is going in. Praying this was the issue and this thing can be off my plate.

Does adding the hub dials make a big difference in anything? I’ve had them in my checkout cart for some time….

Yeah. To me it’s all about stopping the birfields from spinning. That causes wear to them and to the grease in the axle. Stop the spin. Stop the wear.

Brake master fixed the issue. These brakes are crazy now.

The chains arrived as did the new washer jar and pump via Partsouq.

That thing is a BITCH to get in there. I had to do it twice because I forgot to put the hose on it and all the fluid leaked out again 😩

I did the same thing when I replaced mine! Had to order a new pump for mine.

Incredibly difficult to fit the bottle into position without moving the air intake.
I got it out without removing the intake but could not get it back in so I had to pull it all the way off.

Twice 🤨

Me every time I try and put my Troopy back together.
