IT'S ALIVE 
. So got it teaked got 18 psi vac and 670ish on RPMs at temp of 160 Β°. Shut it down, installed air cleaner. Took it for a short drive ( NO JINX 
.) Accelerating much better, didnt shut down on me when slowing or turning or hard braking. Believed problem is solved. Just need to figure out choke cable hook up.

Looks great ! but might wanna consider moving the (what looks like) a fuel filter away from the motor.

damn I thought 2 was excessive but, with that shiny new carb, I might consider a 4thFilter #3 is fine!!! Enough clearance
