Neihbors kid helped. Pulled the feed line off tank and pinched it off. Pulled fuel filter from electric fuel pump, blew carb cleaner backwards through filter was clean, installed new filter. Re attach feed line no fuel to carb. Starts with carb cleaner. Drained the fuel tank looks clean. Gonna check pump this week Roadkill style from a seperate tank . Diagnosis

Ok. Tried pumping fuel from a 5 gal can. Nuttin happened not pulling fuel. Put compressed air into tank fuel outlet not plugged because I removed gas cap and she hissed real good 
. Did da Douche 4 gals of Vinegar, gonna drain tomorrow and put new fuel pump in 
biatches. See happens
