I was very interested in his LED bulbs when he first offered them a year ago and nearly pulled the trigger. After watching that group buy thread deteriorate, I'm so so glad I refrained. It's nice to see MUD members be kind and patient and offer support to Shane and give him the benefit of the doubt, but please also keep in mind that there are many people who have health issues, or other struggles, maybe financial or otherwise. To accept payments for items and not deliver them over a year later is not sloppy business, it's fraudulent. There are several MUD members who haven't seen received their LED bulbs. To order a certain color of leather seat cover and receive the wrong color is sloppy business. I had a personal friend who had a terrible diagnosis and months later he was dead. He had a ton of business to take care of, a wife to make arrangements for once he had passed and he was recording a Christmas album for me in his studio (I'm a career musician). He took care of all of this even as he was dying to ensure his "T's" were crossed and "I's" were dotted. That's an upstanding guy. And he was literally dying. This is bad business and I'm afraid that MetricTLC has permanently soiled its reputation. To those affected, I'm so sorry. I read threads like this and I'm seriously bummed out for you. We work hard for our money and I can only get so many LC projects funded and approved by my sweet wifey, so if I get burned.....not cool.
He must have won a lottery or something so he care or less about his business anymore!!
