Is there such a thing as a low dollar resto mod? I am in the middle of one right now on my 1969 pig and I cringe every time I look at the parts cost alone?

You mean under $5,000?
$5k is what I tell my wife I am spending. Hopefully she doesn’t look up a H55F 5-speed and split transfer case plus everything else that snowballs after that!!

Similar to this in speed shops everywhere.
(Do “speed shops” still exist tho?)

Learned that the hard way on the race track with the Porsche. The first second off lap times came pretty cheap. The last thousandths of a second was real expensive.
When I was into drag racing, the saying was "If it don't go, chrome it."

Sykopaths is pretty accurate
Some for sure but I think he was a pretty sharp guy. I never personally met him but I have friends that did and they all spoke pretty highly of him.

I'm not much of an instagram user. Sykopaths is the person that posted this; correct? Just curious.

Hey, it’s our guy! Rig still for sale.

“ This is not a perfect show room restoration but it is a vehicle in good conditions to enjoy it or the new owner can take it to the next level of restoration. Asking 22,000.00.”
