The wheels are first generation Tundra/Seqoia steelies with 1.5" spacers.

What lift and tire size?
It's an OME/Manafre lift that was marketed as a 4" deluxe kit , 2.5" OME lift springs and 1.5" longer shackles. It also has a shackle reversal kit on the front. I bought the kit in 1999 out of the paper catalog. The tyres are 35x10.00-16LT Super Swampers SX2 on tundra steel wheels with 1.5" spacers. Hopefully that answers the question, let me know if you need any more info.
