Broth, amazing job. I am currently looking at a '66 40 and intend to do a similar restore on it. Great job on the body work and paint job. Hope you get her on the road soon!

Look what showed up today!

Nooo!!!!!!! I just went through this whole thread from start to now, and I don't want it to be done yet....I still have half a beer left.... hahahaha, lookin' good man!!!! I love it, if I didn't have to push 4 engines, 2 motorcycles, an old gas pump, and more out of the shop and still get criticized by pops for getting overspray on a bunch of junk, I would paint more often.... I love your enthusiasm for paint!!!!! ...I need a garage...

It's funny I am on the home stretch, but it feels like I have a ton left to do.

Paint every panel besides the tub
Uninstall the windows
Reinstall windows
Brakes
Clutch
Clean and paint seat frames maybe powder coat
Clean and paint my roll cage
Fiberglass top needs a bit of work
Tie rod ends
Disk brake conversion
Brake and clutch pedal assembly paint and install.
Probably a lot more that I am forgetting about. Mostly cleaning and painting stuff besides the disk conversion

What's yours looking like these days? How's the new business? Sorry to hear about the job, but I bet your happier in the long run.

What the Truck?

I have a 75 FJ40 and I'm in the middle of my restore. Everything is blasted and primered except the windshield frame. I keep looking at it wondering how I will get the glass out without breaking it! I don't do well with windows. Same color too!

I got the hard top done, but the windshield took a nose dive. I started fitting the fenders today. I got most of the front clip done. They are definitely a bit of work to get it all lined up. I still have to get the hood on and move it around a bit to get it right. I will post pics in the next few days of it and how the CCOT fenders worked out. So far they are good, but not great.

Why is the bezel upside down?
