I like Coopers and this looks like a nice option. 10lbs lighter per tire for similarly sized Toyo or BFG.

I asked "will a Helicoil work" question a year or so ago and everyone replied with a resounding yes. I installed it and never had an issue.

This showed up in my feed today and shows the how well they actually do work. Even the JB Weld did really well...
