I rarely see trucks with blown motors or trans advertised any longer. You may have to buy one running and sell the motor and trans.

@mtweller , planning to keep the AWD or switch out to a split case?

Shhhh.... we want people to focus on the distractingly shiny new oem bumper... not the custom brown glitter accents

Man u Zinged me.... the truth hurts

George, we’ve all seen your 40 and know that’s a pretty low bar. ;)

Jury is still out. Still just planning and watching for the right donor.

You still looking for a truck? I can ask the guy that i know and see if he wants to sell it. It has a blown motor.

Yeah, I'm looking. Any leads are appreciated.

T minus 2 hrs to bid... it's the very rare and coveted GX edition of the 62....

Looks sweet online, but probably will have a higher reserve

Happy bidding!

I called about that one, they are asking $12K

Interesting...since the "estimated retail value" is $4550. And the opening bid is $5200. Who runs these auctions?

And now you know why i pretty much gave up going the "auction" route. and by the time you "win" one, you get another 500-1200 in fees tacked onto your winning bid. youd be better off keeping any eye on mud classifieds and craigslist

1950s Crosley freezer. Works great. Would be a perfect candidate to convert to a keezer for your garage - $300

@tgadd What about the jack hammer? You know, just in case I ever Costanza my keys in the street. But, seriously...is it for sale? I think most of my backyard is 6" of clay over 5' of rock. I felt bad for Lowe's when I returned a rented 2-man auger a few years back.

Land Cruiser FJ60 FJ62 - ARB Bull Bar - Used

May be worth the drive for somebody in the triangle

Something about that ARB doesn't look quite right. Maybe the pics are throwing me off, but the advertised ARB looks a lot thicker and "blockier" than mine and mine does not have the two vertical "overriders" on either side of where the fairlead mounts. The advertised bumper may have been on an FJ62 but may not technically be "for" a 60 series truck. Another issue that has me scratching my head is that the advertised bumper looks really old and rough but it is not the old style 60 series ARB bumper. The old style has a horizontal bar under the headlights and grille kind-of like Rafael's 80 bumper in the pic below. To be the new style 60 bumper (if it is a 60 bumper) it sure looks rough. Maybe it has just been at the bottom of a lake or something. Who knows? An informed buyer is a smart buyer, just sayin'.
