That's just crazy. The miles are low, but the price is nuts.
what are we thinking is fair these days on a 62 in this condition? I wouldn't expect them to take much less, just because somebody will buy it for close to that.

I don't know, but certainly not more than 10k if it truly is rust free. I would offer 8k.

It was recently repainted, so I'd be really concerned that someone covered up problems with bondo.

Speaking of insane, I saw a butchered 40 for sale at a used car lot today. Actually I doubt it could be called a 40, the engine was a SBC, tranny was something, no TC , no front drive and the front axle was a drop axle like you would see on a street rod mushed up to the stock springs. After looking for a few minutes I asked the salesman how much, $16,995; I generously offered $2k. There was much more wrong with it but space doesn't allow for all of that.

Wow. Completely terrible. So he built a drag racer and put mud tires on it? There's probably not a single transferable part except some hinges and emblems.
It looks just like the 40 that was listed on the Myrtle Beach Craigslist for nearly 2 years.

WTF. An oil filter impacting ground clearance?

It is horrendous. Stopped to see yesterday eve and peeled out before getting involved with sales folks. Wish i had some pics but what you see is just a small example. How do you get a filter so far back and so low....... hack the firewall of course! A royal mess at best.
