I'm considering a trade for my hundred series if anyone here is interested. I got this on a trade from @NCLX450 maybe 1.5 years ago, but with my 80 up and running well, I find I'm driving that a bit more than this. I mainly use this as a DD and it seems a little bit redundant in its current role. If there's interest I can put a bit more details together into more of an ad, but quick run down is below.

2000 Land Cruiser
132k miles

No modifications except 285s and a Bluetooth receiver for the stock head unit.

Trades must have 4 doors but generally pretty open, manual transmission is preferred. Truck, car, hatchback, ev, etc. Just probably not an suv.

Are you exiting fab work completely? You've got a talent for it.

I'm shopping for a used car. Toyota or Lexus. Not a Cruiser and not a pickup. Think Corolla, Camry, Rav4. Something that gets 20+mpg. Under $10k. Hit me up if you know of something good, please.
Ive been looking for a 2013-2018 Rav4, LE (no sunroof), FWD, non hybrid - its a real crap show finding stuff - kinda given up for now. Seems ~8K is the lowest price point for the early years with ~150K miles. Will keep an eye out if the other Rav4 doesn't work out.

Edit: Carmax/Carvana - weird pricing example: you can get a 2018 with 35K miles for like 22K - -then you can get a 2016 with 130K miles for 17K - two pretty huge differences (2017 has autofollow), prices not so much. Finding a good used ~75K for <10K from an individual is a lot tougher.

5x33.1" Falken Wildpeak tires for sale. 255/80R17 AT4 Load E. <500 miles on 4 of them, 1 is new (spare). Close to $300 a piece now, new :\

$1000 - Pick up in Pittsboro

I'm moving off my 2011 Chevy Express 4x4 van project. I just don't really have the time or desire to do the build, and I decided I want to try to get back into a Land Cruiser for my weekend fun rig. More details and pictures available on the Facebook marketplace listing:

@40LandCruising I might be interested in that if John doesn't jump on it. How do I get more details?
I would be interested as well if Ryan and John aren't gonna move on it.

FYI - My son has a REALLY rusty 1999 Rav4 that we resurrected from a family member's yard where it sat for almost 5 years. He likes the car and the drive train has been pretty reliable but we are both tired of fighting a losing battle with the rust so we are gonna put it to pasture soon. We are also in search of a reliable Toyota / Lexus, 4 door, decent gas mileage vehicle. High miles don't scare us as long as it has been reasonably maintained. Thanks!

I talked with my buddy and apparently we were both misinformed on the timeline his friend was selling it. Might be as late as early next year by the time he is ready to sell.

I'm out for sure. Forgot to post that here last week.

I came across these guys and looked at some of their stuff in person last week. They currently have some stuff that might interest you in the TOY and LEX categories. A 1998 RAV4 and some Camry/ES/etc come to mind. FWIW, I spoke to Jackson and he seemed like a no-pressure salesman (I can give you his cell if you want to PM me for it). I'd suggest having the knowledge you need for whatever model you look at there, though. VIN numbers are usually shown in the listing or the photos; do your own research by VIN on the TOY and LEX websites and/or Carfax.

I've been over there to see their 2006 LC and had a pretty terrible experience. Yard full of vehicles wasting away, very little inventory that moves. I thought their offerings were overpriced for the condition (the 2006 had a dead battery, hammered interior, broken rear HVAC, and clear coat issues). Older guy I spoke with in the office wouldn't move any vehicles for me to drive it and wouldn't entertain any conversations for negotiation. Doesn't wash most of the vehicles he takes in. Their three LC's have all been there about a year or more and every Tacoma they had was severely rusted out underneath.
