---Does anyone have a spare FJ60 kuckle bearing (KOYO TR0305A) that they could part with?

I only need 1.----

I tracked down a bearing.

However, I need a few of the screws that hold the wipers on the back of the knuckle....does anyone have a couple? They are cheap enough.....but then shipping and all that.....

Part # 91651-40612

Buy them from the dealership. Having screws shipped is a waste of money.

FWIW, if you use Toyota seals, you can use the OEM screws. If you use Terrain Tamer seals, the OEM screws are about 1-2–mm too short. They'll work, but you have to have a third (or fourth) pair of hands to compress the seals while you get two screws in to move the backing plate far enough to install the other ones. PITA

If anybody is thinking about selling a 200 series, I’m thinking about trying to get back into a Cruiser. I’m open to either the Toyota or the LX 570, and I’m kind of leaning towards a 2013-15 LX as bang for the buck. I’m hoping to stay under 150 k miles with some flexibility. Definitely looking for a southern rig with no rust!

Need to buy an 80 birf in the triad.

I have about 10 of them at my house, of course the 80 and I are at PTI in Greensboro.

Drove the 80 up to Winston Friday, was supposed to go to the NASCAR Clash and fly out of PTI today. Played in the snow some.

Noticed last night steering binding. Thought I had ice build up. Continued this morning driving to the airport. Stopped and got gas and cleaned everything off. Still binding. Steering will hang and drift one way, tight corners have become almost impossible. It took everything I had to get it into a parking spot at PTI.

Feels exactly like it did when I broke a birf at Moab and the balls from the joint got bound up on the bell and the knuckle ball.

I think I can get it back to Winston on Wednesday, but think I should throw a birf in before driving back to Greenville, SC.

My theory is I cracked the cage in Harlan a couple months ago, and it finally let go with all the driving I've been doing lately.

If anyone has a spare I'm also happy to ship it back to them and put one of mine in when I get home if I have to.

Could always pull birf and drive shaft since it’s gotta come out anyways.
I don't have a CDL switch in yet so I don't believe that would work.

Unless I robbed my hazard switch to use as one.

Full time 4WD problems, unless I'm mistaken

You could borrow the hazard switch or put into low range and then pull fuse and put back into high Ctr should stay locked. I’ll look around my parts boxes this evening for a birf.

You anywhere near Angier or lillington(I work at 9pm-7am)? I could hook you up with a hazard switch.

I am not, but all good, I think I found a birf I can just throw in and get rolling.

Anyone in NC with an early 80 series grille burning a hole in their garage? Would like to pick up a spare to experiment with.
