Yeah, it's pretty stacked up with cars, many of which seemed to be sitting - especially the white OJ Bronco - but I didn't wander the lot at all. The older guy in the office is most likely the owner and was very nice to me, he also never pressed me for anything. The 2006 LC battery was dead for me too! My offer was politely refused without much attempt on their part to negotiate - and my offer was still too high now that I've had more time to think about it.I've been over there to see their 2006 LC and had a pretty terrible experience. Yard full of vehicles wasting away, very little inventory that moves. I thought their offerings were overpriced for the condition (the 2006 had a dead battery, hammered interior, broken rear HVAC, and clear coat issues). Older guy I spoke with in the office wouldn't move any vehicles for me to drive it and wouldn't entertain any conversations for negotiation. Doesn't wash most of the vehicles he takes in. Their three LC's have all been there about a year or more and every Tacoma they had was severely rusted out underneath.
BTW, I think the interior would clean up nicely with some elbow grease and a little glue to secure the peeling fabric from the door card pocket openings. I've definitely seen worse on newer trucks with less miles. And underneath was almost spotless! But it had too many mysteries in its history for $17500.
I got the feeling that their dealership is a tax front for their vintage Porsche collection.
