Something like this? Penta Nuts

I've been on the hunt for a high strength tamper resistant bolt for the front bumper and haven't found much of anything, but based on pics and you're description, these might be viable.

That's just the nuts. They have bolts to match.

Edited: Check the Raptor too.

Its a great product but they will not sell to the general public as it would dilute the security of the product so they only sell to industries such as electronics, solar, retail, financial, construction, military, government, utilities, corrections, financial
The owner reviews all request for their products

May check with Fastenal. I know they used to carry tamper resistant hardware, and do sell to public.

Its all good ..just ordered Tri- Groove nuts through McMaster-Carr.. I did call Fastenal and the big difference is Fastenal has a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces... I was able to order 25 through McMaster

I've had these XS900 on my work bench since adding the 20" Rigid and have been watching the prices in AU dropping on the 55 watt HID conversion with the slimline internal ballast.... so I ordered the kit.. I'm really curious to see if these will throw the light farther down the road ...and the fact I just like the look of round lights

It was a pretty straight forward project..about ten minutes per light after taking 30 minutes removing the plastic protection covers.. they were a PITA to remove.. Won't have these mounted for about a week...headed out of town for a few days

Switch Plate

Here's the new switch plate, and the email from Greg at Concours Specialties

I changed some thing around that I didn't like on the relay box. It is to my satisfaction now. I tried to make the installation as easy on you as possible. The switch panel will simply plug into the harness from the relay box, no wiring necessary. The rear lighter is also pre-wired. The harness going to your roof is already sheathed. I have also slid the cable gland onto the harness so you can see how it goes on. I would still use some silicone between the wires to make sure water doesn't get past the gland.

There is a fuse/relay diagram on the inside of the relay box lid so you know what fuse is what.

Not yet.. I just got back and will try and get them mounted by tomorrow and shoot a few pictures
According to Nick ..he did the LED group buy and is the resident expert in HID and LED lighting IMHO on MUD said, if the kit I purchased is a true 55w ballast ...they'll out distance the 20" Rigid... The actual pattern as I remember is pretty concentrated.

Ok.... Thought I'd share the cost of the switch plate and Relay Box

The other product I considered was the SPod which cost $425. but I'd have to figure out wiring and few connections. So that kind of set the bar and having a custom switch plate a relay box and plug and play wiring would at the very least run in the same range.

Switch plate $150
Relay Box $225
Custom Wiring $75
2 12 volt plugs
and UBS $30

All in all i felt this to be very fair for a custom setup

Just about finish wiring the dual battery setup and got the IPF XS900's mounted and wired .. The 55W HID conversion woke these lights up... Sorry about the picture quality...shot with my iPhone

The switch plate and relay box arrived... The box is a Bussmann and its a very compact package. As you can see the connector from the relay plugs right into the switch plate and the rear 12volt for the fridge is wired .. My only concern are the connectors behind the switches . I need to test fit this tomorrow to make sure I don't have a clearance issue
