Front end is back together. Finished up a ton of small loose ends. Brakes are bleed and still need some adjustment. Trailering it over to get the exhaust done tomorrow morning. Hope I can dodge the rain.

I moved it in and out of the garage for the first time under it's own power.

If I knew I was going end up with a few 40s when I bought this one I would have purchased a few of them. Helps with the desert heat. Miss not.having a.open 40 to drive. Probably move it over to my 73 it I ever get it runnimg. Luckily it survived a mishap I had in my 68. The muffler not so much.

Personally I don't like the stock exhaust. I get 2 1/4 and a cheap muffler and it works great. 2 hrs and $375 and its done.

I adjusted the brakes and went up and down the block. I did a series of fast stops to help burn in the brakes. So far so good.

Engines runs good and trans shifts well. Still a few items to do but overall.......its rolling.

There are 2 hangers for the whole set up. The rear hanger uses the stock location and the one in front of the muffler is hung off a flange of the floor support. Hope that makes sense.

Man, this is right up there with the red one you did a couple years back and I had the privilege of seeing. Love how quick and efficient you move on these... and the attention to details.
