Duhhh, thanks!
Here's a personal project just completed last month. This new color is called All Nighter

Got my girlfriends 4runner done in Read my Lips Red and Medium Quartz Grey about a month ago. Turned out awesome! Still need to do the inner wheel wells and it will look perfect.

Joined the forums to vouch for Monstaliner, we painted my girlfriend's jeep a little over 6 months ago and there has been no fading, peeling, or chipping. Pressure wash it with a low psi and it's clean. I ordered the 2 gallon tintable kit in Apocalypse Orange. As many others have said, buy extra extra rollers as they disintegrate after a while and start leaving chunks in the paint. If that happens, just pluck it out with tweezers and re-roll.

I actually plan on Monstalining my own Jeep next summer, not sure of the color but hopefully new colors will be out by then. I'm really leaning towards Desert Sand or Get Hammered.

Hey folks, I am looking to do a white Monstaliner in the new few weeks on my FZJ-80 (which is also white). I have a couple of questions that I have not seen answers for and admittedly, I have not read all 41 pages of this post, so hopefully these are quick answers.

1. I would like less of the orange peel finish than I would get with the rollers. On the Monstaliner site under Gallery, there is an orange and black Jeep that has less of an orange peel than most of what I have seen here. Is that done through spraying or using a different roller?

2. I have seen people talk about spraying, and I do have an HVLP sprayer or two here I can use. I read people are using Xylene to cut to make the Monstaliner sprayable, and for those that have used this, what ratio are you mixing with the Monstaliner to make it spray at the right viscosity?

Thanks in advance! I can't wait to move forward with my project. I live here in Denver and we have been getting pummeled in the last few years with a lot of hail. Just ask my truck about Climate Change and see what it thinks about it. This should help, and I can rest easy since it lives outdoors.

check page 38, I used a home depot foam roller for a smoother texture.

Still hoping for the Toyota Army Green! :bounce:

how did you do the wording on the side of the hood?

The green lettering on hood is vinyl we cut in-house
Very cool to know that vinyl will lay down that well over Monsta.

Any special timing or technique to get it applied?

Yup, that is the color I want for my rig right there. Just beautiful!

It is a pretty green. Looks great with some black graphics. Would have done vinyl if I had known they would apply well.
