I've got to run to town Early friday morning, but I should be back at the hatchery by 10-11 if anyone wants to ride friday. ROB

Club will be buying food for Friday dinner ( Wings and Such), Sat breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc...) , Sat dinner ( Venison Chilli, burgers, Hotdogs, Rotel, fries, And we will have continental breakfast Sunday (lol) SO bring food for lunch Sat. Most likely it will be on the trail.

If you want something specail to bring and throw it on the grill or cook by all means go for it.

I called today and got headsup on the house and Barn. There is only one bathroom available in the barn. Though it a full bath. The Barn doesn't have central heat or air. But a big wood burning stove. Fire wood is provided. The kitchen in the Barn is huge. The back side of the barn houses the tractor and tools. We don't get to use those. The Barn has tungue and groove paneling throughout. Also has a dart board in addition to Pool table and ping pong table. Floor is stone.

They have a caretaker on site. He will be around somewhere on the property. He lives in a small house (shack?) on site.

This is going to be fun!.

I believe we can get into the house earlier than 3pm. I think 1 is the earliest. But I will not know until I get there.

looks like 68 is the fastest route from ATL...that is my choice since I am not wheeling on the way Friday night.

I will not be online tomorrow until after 7. I'm going to ATL tomorrow for a rush job. If you need help or have questions please call me. 864-414-0563. If there is a problem with the house I will have direction posted at the rental office (tellico Vacations, 113 Scott Street, Tellico Plains, TN, 37385) Other wise meet me at the House on Towee Falls rd. If something happens (my phone doesn't work) I will leave a message on it stating an alternative #. Check in is 3pm. We are shooting for this time. I'm picking up Groceries in Murphy or Tellico Plains.

Look forward to seeing everyone.
this weekend.

Those of you who get a wild hair up your ass to come hang out with us just call me and we will work everything out.

OK, I ran into a road block tonight, putting the front axle back together. I am missing the metal backing plate (2 piece) and the inner metal ring. So I might not be able to make it to the MLK trip.

Does anyone have 2 places available, to ride. if I cant get the parts and get it together?? Please let me know ASAP!!!

you can get away without the metal ring........ didn't have mine when I was doing my rebuild and it has held up fine, but you will be needing those backing plates.

I will check when I get to anderson tomorrow night to see if I have either........ but I am thinking it is unlikely

hope you can get this fixed in time Matt

did you try napa???

I've got them. They are at work. I don't know when I will be there since things are not going we for me right now. But I can have the guys take the axles down from the rack tomorrow and you can use what you need. Call me after 10 tomorrow.

I will call you marshall......I am having to work all day today since I took 1/2 day off yesterday to get this stuff done. SO that could get interesting....we will figure something out though if you have them....

I called Rick @ RH this AM he can have them for me in the AM. But I like Marshalls price better for the few parts I need. (I have to orderer a kit to get the inner ring from Toyota.) Gotta call him back by 11, so hopefully we Can figure it out via Marshall b/f then????

Anyone wanna pull an all nighter working on my cruiser :) Should only be in the mid 20's tonight! :) :)

I would if I was there.

Thanks!

Many thanks to the people who made it happen:

Ken, Alan, Cap Jim, Heather for cooking.

Kat, Bill and Leigh for joining us.

MArshal and John Paul for putting it together

Agreed.

I have to say that even with the carnage on schoolbus this was one of the better0 trips I have been on in the years I have been wheeling. The relaxed atmosphere and complete attention to detail made this ride a true success.

Thanks to everyone that was there and all those that made this possible.

I had a real blast...

Oh yeah, anyone have some axles? :)

PICS I NEED PICS ALL WORK AND NO PLAY IS GETTING OLD, sorry for shouting....come on guys what wild adventures? I saw JP SR was out braking things on Alavocado
