I scored the Sahara badge from an Aussie Toyota dealership. The Sahara 200 is the same trim level as the loaded US spec 200. I just wanted to be different I guess. Plus, it's OE, so I don't feel too bad.
 
Andy, haven't driven to too much yet, because the KDSS is disconnected ( Chris is gonna get it straightened out in the morning). I can say that it just feels better. The front is a little stiffer, but that's expected, as I bought the c-rated springs.
 
It's s major Pain in the ass.

It's a hydraulic system that is integrated into the stabilizer/sway bars. You have to set/reset it each time you do anything to the suspension.

That's good to hear. Stock suspension could use a little tightening up. Needs to feel a little more truck-ish.

Chris got them aligned and balanced perfectly. It drives wonderfully!

Same old KDSS. Just had to disconnect and reconnect the system during the install.

1) open the valve
2) disconnect the swaybars
3) install suspension
4) reconnect swaybars
5) allow suspension to settle
6) close valve

volia!
 
KDSS really is just a sway control and stabilization system. Has nothing to do with vertical components of the suspension. That's my basic and pretty much the extent of my understanding of the wife's mall cruiser...

On my 100 it's the opposite. The hydraulic component IS the suspension...
