My Front Runner Slimline II rack arrived yesterday. I stayed late to install it and it was a PITA. I got it done though. Finished up a few things this morning and cleaned up the mess of boxes, bags, and tools. Pleased with how it turned out and will be a huge addition to my rig. I'll put it to use this weekend at the Alabama Overland rally and some trail riding.

Now you just need a lift Kit so the water will run off the front of the awning and not back to your rig

Unfortunately, I think the awning sits out far enough from the rack that water will come down between the car and the back of the awning. We'll see when it rains. A lift is hopefully in the near future. Maybe this winter sometime.

Another thing with the awning is that it was the wrong one sent to my buddy. Should've had the LED strip in it but it doesn't. So I bought it from him and GEO sent another one.

The Front Runner rack is very sturdy. Not that I'll be standing on it often but it's good to know I can. Really like it so far.
