yeah maybe some side wall protection for the plastic wheel wells, hatch, and back of the seat

Got the shelf put together today. Needs paint and some better tie downs but I'm happy with how it turned out. Also want to add some boots on the back side for my TREDs to sit on when they're in the car. Nothing fancy but it'll work for what I need it for. I used 3/4" plywood, 1.5" corner brackets, 3/4" screws for the brackets and 1.5" screws for connecting the pieces directly to one another.

I used carpet when I built the shelf for my FJ and never had a problem with it. I went to West Marine and got some that was cheap and durable.

Typo. Says its in low but it's really in high. I checked it to see when I realized right after I got it.

its highly doubtful that the lettering on the knob is not done in a one stroke process , all at one time ... its not like its up side down ... its in the wrong order ... that means the mold or screen used to letter was wrong ... and how many went out like that and why did they let them go out that waY?
is there another Toyota model that shifts opposite than a gx and maybe some just bought a replacement knob not realizing it was wrong?

if you drive it in low gear till your motor blows can you get a new one and blame Lexus? for confusion?
