By the looks of the center section I'd still be cautious with that statement...

Ah. It’s just dirty AF. I checked the backlash and it’s good to go. All that “undercoating” came from above I think.

Freaking Mantis’ comment about the 3rd kept me up last night so before I built out the drivers side I make sure it was full of fluid and leak free before I went any further.

Full of juice with all the good from the top scraped off. As much as I hate it being not painted I know when I have the motor out I can get it much cleaner and better painted than now so I’ll keep from doing it twice.

@lcwizard flip kits are in the house. Rear @cruiseroutfit springs are on back order so the suspension will be delayed a few weeks.

At least it was an easy check. Much better than putting it all back together and finding out it needed work. You should thank me, not curse me. ;)

@wngrog you know when you had the knuckles apart you could have easily brought the housing to Powder Keg to get that coated too. :grinpimp:

Yes, now I'm just being an ass. :p
I did that with one. Was not cheap. They hate grease

Could have fooled me. Thought you were a certified Toyota Landcruiser restoration professional now.

I like spraying s*** with fluid film and taking Instagram pics better. Less work

Got up this am and took the gas tank door to the paint shop for a little single stage to touch up places with primer and where I had to close up holes in the body with rivets or steel.

Last day of warm weather so I bit the bullet and got under this thing with the pressure washer and did a deep clean on the rest of the body. Awful job. Soaked. Cold.

I got the middle and front mats pressure cleaned too. These things are in superb condition.

Off to get the other goodies at powder. Stay tuned

I pussed out on full pressure washing the under carriage. I did my best from the side. Now that I have so much bare metal im just going to use a wire attachment on the grinder and hit it with 185 psi air after. I never score high at the show n shine anyway.
