Flux capacitor reverb dampening reactor bracket. Bolts the reactor to the capacitor so there's more fluxxx 
KingAir has it. Fuel filter bracket.
Anti lock brake system module
Not kidding though it looks like a bracket that goes underneath the battery on the frame.
I have what I believe is the same bracket. Pretty sure it came out of one of my 76 parts boxes. It's been hanging in my shop for years. It has an 8mm welded nut. The "nutless" hole is angled. I too am curious where this goes @73FJ40 @brian @Living in the Past
One hole goes to the frame/battery tray, the other with welded nut supports the fuel filter.
Throttle cable bracket?
