Help identify bolt holes in 1964 FJ40

Nope, haven't figured those out yet. Any ideas?

I have a stock 65 out back, I'll try to take a look today, OEM seats are still mounted.

Yellow holes should't be there. Maybe somebody added seat belts at one time.

I think you're right about possible seatbelts.

That would be great. A photo would be awesome as well. Do you have the jack/crank handles mounted? I need to start gathering the correct brackets and parts for that on mine.
