At least 100, if not 150...Any idea how many spot welds you’ve hit in the last few days??? That’s some serious patience
Thanks, I'm gonna need it! Your "How to" has been a big help and inspiration, although my end result is going to be slightly different...Wow @BrickRunner! I’m glad more people are tackling this job.
That’s some serious rot though, way worse than what I tackled on mine. Excited to see the progress! Good luck!
Wow…some fast work and looks great. Curious if you’re gonna go back with the high roof setup or the lower profileProgress! Tomorrow I'll likely pull the left rear quarter glass and start exploratory surgery on the left D pillar. Yee haw!
And also bake a pie or two.

Curious if you’re gonna go back with the high roof setup or the lower profile
Heck yeah I’d put that on thereLuckily the crustyness is mostly in the outer layer. Or layers in the case of this previous 'repair'. Is this the kind of thing that goes on your wall of shame @CenTXFJ60 ?

I’m really jonesing to see where this is goingMy SendCutSend order arrived shortly after I got back from a morning hike, so I took a break from fixing rust to assemble it. Everything was packaged well and fit together perfectly!
Unfortunately it was dark by the time I finished so no good pictures yet.
