I just looked it up, I don't remember seeing one there. Just the plug for the heater. Great now I have to wait until Sunday night to check. You sure mine has it?
I guess impulse buy averted. Great job Dave

Yeah. Uses the engine coolant. It's the plate where the oil filter mount is attached to.
more impressed with Cummins now.

Very nice build.

I always look forward to your updates!

Looking great. I bought the same cooler, but I was going to use it for power steering since I have a couple of the BEHR oil coolers. This makes me re-think that use however. Not sure I actually need a cooler for the PS.

Did you make up the feed and return hoses yourself?

Not yet. The power steering conversion will be next, but I will be running a PS cooler. The hoses for that I already sourced from Georg at Valley Hybrids.

I just want to get the diesel going before I tackle that project!

My son used some silver paint from his models on the Toyota lettering. I think it came out nice.

Let me know what PS cooler you go with. Georg made your high pressure lines?

Interesting a 3FE starter bolts on a Merc diesel!

Looks good. Mine still has all of the factory paint stripes. Now's a good time to adjust your valves if you haven't already. I had to make a couple of wrenches, but it's not that hard. When you blocked off the EGR, did you clean out the intake manifold? Mine was FULL of gunk!
