This started as an FJ40 and I cut it in half and stretched it. It was an extended cab short bed, then a 4-door pickup and last year I made it an SUV. The body is all steel comprised of 2 tubs and some extra metal and sprayed with Raptor liner tinted Toyota Lunar Grey. Built from scratch electrical system with full LED lights for pretty much everything. Carplay head unit, 2 front speakers, 4 in the cage and a amp and flat sub in the rear. The half doors are all from Aqualu. Powertrain is a fully rebuilt 6.2L 2018 L86 direct injection motor. The transmission is a 10L80 automatic adapted to an NP241 transfer case. Axles are 2008 Ford F250 Dana 60 front and 10.5 rear that have been regeared to 4.56 and a Detroit locker in the rear. The suspension is custom ladder bar front with Fox 12" coilovers. The rear suspension is a 4-link with 4Runner springs and Fox 2.5" shocks. Everything on this truck is custom, so not ideal for someone who doesn't turn a wrench. Everything works on it but it could use polishing that I don't have enough time to do. It's too tall to fit in my garage so it has to sit outside, covered, and there are some spots starting to rust. I don't have full doors or the AC finished yet. I wanted to get an Atlas transfer case but I have to stop spending money on this guy and move on to different projects. It will come with a bunch of parts to restore front doors, material to build full aluminum rear doors, a rusty set of ambulance doors, a set of front doors from a rolled truck to make another set of half doors and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff that will be helpful to the new owner. The build thread is here on Mud and you can read through all the iterations.
