That turned out really nice! I would be looking into a way to tie a support back to the block pretty seriously. That's putting a bunch of stress on your new tunnel as well as the manifold. clearly it's ok static, but driving down the road (not to mention heat cycles) will be a different story.

I hope you had the safety squints engaged under those glasses.
