That’s Apollo. He’s been a couch surfer in my garage lately.

I sure hope so. I’ll know more when the tub is on.

*actually probably try to drop it down through the frame once the fill fitting and top is on.🤔
Looking good. What's the plan on painting the frame?

What it looks like after a little tinkering today, once the fill fitting is in, worst case scenario the back bumper would have to come off and the tank would have to slide out the back. If I remove shackle nuts and pull the bolts out flush with the shackle, it may fanagle down through the bottom.

Ford built a pickup like that and you had to lift the cab off to preform some of the service.
Might be time to buy a lift
Go to your nearest Ford dealer. Guarantee if they’re doing any serious work on a newer Powerstroke the front clip is off and the cab is hanging above or is set off to the side. Gotta love those design engineers who know they’ll never have to fix anything.

As soon as it warms up, I’m all over it
I assumed you were going to paint it. I was just curious if you had already decided materials - inquiring minds want to know.

You pulled the Body once, must have it ACED by now 😉🙄👍

My “lift” consists of two cherry pickers.

It’s been hinted at several pages back now. At least the frame. The color I’m painting the body has yet to be disclosed. Non original colors. Probably gonna be a huge disappointment for the purists.
