Looking good. What's the plan on painting the frame?I sure hope so. I’ll know more when the tub is on.
*actually probably try to drop it down through the frame once the fill fitting and top is on.![]()
I’m having those thoughts about several components on mine. Sure is easy to install tranny/tease ,exhaust, brake lines etc. without a body in the way. Will you be able to pull the tank with the body in place?
@Calgary40 is working in -4 ° weather! What are ya waiting forAs soon as it warms up, I’m all over it
Sounds like a solid plan to me.should
Ford built a pickup like that and you had to lift the cab off to preform some of the service.it may fanagle down through the bottom.
Go to your nearest Ford dealer. Guarantee if they’re doing any serious work on a newer Powerstroke the front clip is off and the cab is hanging above or is set off to the side. Gotta love those design engineers who know they’ll never have to fix anything.Ford built a pickup like that and you had to lift the cab off to preform some of the service.
Might be time to buy a lift
I assumed you were going to paint it. I was just curious if you had already decided materials - inquiring minds want to know.As soon as it warms up, I’m all over it
