Hi @hecrod, at this point, I will have the baton from @GA Architect on November 20, since he PM'ed me recently about that date. The above schedule has me getting the baton from either @Cleg or @Bluegrass40 , but I think that @Cleg is out as that date doesn't work for him. Are we out of sync? I can get the baton to @Bluegrass40 since the baton is coming up from FL through Atlanta and north from there?

The big gaps/longer runs are between @Tennessee80 and @ChristmasMud (390 miles), and between @ChristmasMud and @cbmontgo (about 417 miles). There are (or used to be) some 40's in east Texas; we need to recruit one or two of them for the relay.

There are (or used to be) some 40's in east Texas; we need to recruit one or two of them for the relay.

This is random but I switched my username from Christmasmud to this one. I didn't like the name I chose way back when.

Anyway, I can travel a little further but I would need some help. I'm not ready for another 1,000 trip in a 40.

@Tennessee80 We had to move the dates back a week (due to weddings / vacations and stuff like that ), so @GA Architect won't be able to hand you the baton until a week later. We're hoping this works for both of you..

@hecrod .... @sggoat will bring the baton up from FL, thru GA and into AL. I plan to either meet him along the way or over in Lickskillet, AL along with @Tennessee80 for some food and conversation. I'm flexible with my schedule, so pushing back a week isn't such a big deal.

I just cant meet on November 23rd or the 24th, Thanksgiving Day, I have about 6 racks of ribs and 12 pounds of rib-eyes to cook & serve.

@Tennessee80 and I are in the midst of figuring out our portion. If we can find someone between Nashville and little rock to split us it may make our portion a bit more doable.

@Tennessee80 and I are talking about the first two weekends in December as potential dates for a baton transfer.

And then if we can find someone between @cbmontgo and myself it would help too.

Correct. One coming down from Michigan, the other one from the east coast. They will go on together going forward.

If I am meeting @GA Architect in North Alabama on Nov. 27, it will be tight to meet @Bluegrass40 the same day in Nashville, but could be done. At that point, would I then hand off both of the 2 batons to @Bripars40? We are messaging about another link between Nashville and Arkansas... Are there any Memphis mudders that want to jump in?

I never exactly know my schedule to far in advance, but I can be pretty flexible usually. I may be riding along side y'all or can hopefully carry the baton some distance. I've just been waiting to hear things iron themselves out.

If someone can get it into Texas from Arkansas I believe it's got a way to @POTATO LAUNCHER. I plan on picking it up from there and get it to or near Arizona, where I believe @Living in the Past and/or others can take over. I'm going by Post #270 and others since then.
